1. Booking and Payment
- The reservation will be fully refundable within 2 weeks prior to booking
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is from 14:00.
- Check-out time is until 11:00.
3. Children and Extra Guests
- Children of any age are welcome; however, please note that we do not provide cots at this property.
- The property accommodates a maximum number of 8 guests, extra guests beyond this limit may not be allowed.
4. Property Access and Amenities
- The property features one ground-floor bedroom and a guest toilet. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are located up one flight of stairs, and the family bathroom and additional 2 bedrooms are located up a second flight.
- Please be advised that there is no air conditioning available at this property but 3 large fans.
5. Parking
- Private parking is available at £20 per day within the courtyard. The entrance is very narrow so not recommended for large cars.
6. Parties and Events
- This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
7. Pets and Smoking
- Pets are not allowed inside the property and smoking is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
- St Wilfrid’s Court is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and property.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
