1. Booking and Payment
- To secure your booking, a damage deposit of £100 is required. This deposit will be charged to your credit card a few days before your arrival.
- Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 14 days of check-out.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is from 15:00.
- Check-out time is until 10:00.
3. Children and Extra Guests
- Children of any age are welcome; however, please note that we do not provide cots at this property.
- The property accommodates a maximum number of guests, and extra guests beyond this limit may not be allowed.
4. Property Access and Amenities
- The property features one ground-floor bedroom and a guest toilet. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are located up one flight of stairs, and the family bathroom and additional bedrooms are located up a second flight.
- Please be advised that there is no air conditioning available at this property.
5. Parking
- Parking is available for one small vehicle at the rear of the property.
6. Parties and Events
- This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
7. Pets and Smoking
- Pets are not allowed inside the property, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
- St Wilfrid’s Court is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and property.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
